Determining Billed Shipping Cost
Mopar Pro Shop makes shipping simple as possible. When you place your order via our website, most orders have a default shipping option within the continental United States of $14.95 UPS/USPS Ground flat fee for most continental United States addresses. This doesn't apply to oversize, heavy or haz-mat shipments.
Domestic Shipping in United States
In most cases, Mopar Pro Shop offers UPS Ground or USPS Priority on most items to residential & business addresses within the continental United States. Fedex & USPS shipping available within Canada, Mexico, Central & South America. Fedex Air, USPS Air & AFC ocean shipping available for overseas shipping. Next day or 2nd day air shipping is available for an extra charge. Mopar Pro Shop will contact you with your shipping total when the order is completed.
Most shipments that are shipped from Mopar Pro Shop takes 1 to 6 business days to arrive anywhere within the continental United States after the order is completely processed.
Heavy/Large Freight Shipping
Mopar Pro Shop also ships large items, such as crate engine, engine blocks, large sheet metal and other freight shipments to pretty much any location in the world. After you place your order, Mopar Pro Shop will send your via an invoice via email giving you the lowest priced shipping options available.
Our shipping rates are based on the item being shipping, destination, class, weight & size. Mopar Pro Shop mainly uses Fedex Freight or AFC/R&L International, depending on destination and price.

This process may take up to 30 days depending on the final destination of the shipment. When we ship to your physical address, quotes can be done DDP or non-DDP quoted. DDP means that all freight, pickup fees, duties, taxes, fuel, surcharges, custom clearances, insurance, handling, added value tax, and delivery fees are pre paid before it leaves the United States.
When we ship to a seaport or airport, all quotes are quoted non-DDP. The standard quote covers freight, fuel, and insurance only. You are responsible for pickup fees, duties, taxes, surcharges, custom clearances, handling and added value tax before it leaves the receiving seaport or airport.
If you are handling and/or arranging to have your order(s) picked up from our location or any of our vendors to ship international, you & your shipping company are responsible for any paperwork that needs to be met for customs & shipping via air or ocean freight. We will supply the correct billing invoices of the purchase. Anything beyond that will have to be reasonable and at our descretion.
Additional Shipping Information
We insure all items that are being shipped. Extra insurance can be purchased for an additional fee. If you decide not to purchase the extra insurance, you may be responsible for part of any loss or damages.
If you receive a damaged item, DO NOT REFUSE OR SHIP IT BACK. Make sure that the delivery company notes problem on the receipt. Then call Mopar Pro Shop at 1.800.999.1456 or 803.461.7700. We can start a claim with the carrier on the damaged or missing item(s). If you refuse or send back the damaged or incomplete order, the carrier may not honor the claim, and you may be fully responsible for any loss or damages.
Some parts we sell, such as haz-mat & cleaning chemicals, can't be shipped outside the continental United States.
Shipping quotes are only good for 10 days from the date you receive the quote from Mopar Pro Shop.
